Developer Incentives

For A Limited Time the Developer will include* in each Lot closing:

“Incentives will be delineated in executed Purchase Agreement as addendum to Escrow Instructions. “Reservations” with fully negotiable deposit will be considered acceptable, provided all Time Restraints and Deadlines are met. Incentives are assigned to Original Purchaser only and apply to completed construction only. Maximum amount allowed per item will remain in escrow at Lot Closing with specific instructions to apply funds to original purchaser’s construction only, for named purposes only. There will no “cross credits”, each allowance is for the specifc purpose named and for the maximum amounts named herein. Any unused funds will return to developer within 30 days of final structure loan closing or occupancy inspection, whichever occurs first. Incentives are not transferable with a “Lot Resale”  nor the sale of the initial structure. Incentives are for the benefit of the Named Purchaser only.
